Please note, any employee of CBRE and NASSCOM or their immediate family member are not eligible to be a part of this challenge.
Yes you can submit your entry.
The challenge has been divided into three stages. Each stage will assess your solution for feasibility, adoption, innovation, among other parameters.
Stage I: A jury from CBRE & NASSCOM along with domain experts will select the TOP 50 applicants who will move towards Stage II.
Stage II: (Selection of Top 10) – A jury of experts from CBRE & NASSCOM along with domain experts will select the TOP 10 finalists.
Stage III: (Selection of Top 3) – TOP 10 finalists who reach this stage will pitch the idea to our Star Panel of industry leaders. Three winners will be declared by some of the biggest names in the PropTech domain.
It’s simple. Just fill up a form with your company information and submit a preliminary pitch presentation detailing your innovative idea under one of the following segments:

You will be required to reinitiate the form submission process .
Any additional information can be added towards the end of your pitch presentation as annexures.
Your idea will undergo an evaluation process involving 3 integral stages. Each stage will bring together a line of renowned industry stalwarts along with domain experts in the field of ‘PropTech’ to assess your solution for feasibility, adoption, innovation, among others .
We will ensure that your idea is not disclosed to any of the participants and it will be made public only towards the final leg of the challenge. Our evaluators, mentors, and Judges are bound by strict confidentiality clauses which will ensure the safety of your details.
You will be notified by email on your selection.
You will be approached to come and present your idea to a panel of jury members at an extravagant event. Basis the pitch presentation, top 3 winners will be finalized.
